Sam Payne, WPIT
Sam is an ecologist with specialized experience assessing and mitigating for critical areas. Sam applies his passion for the outdoors toward an expansive understanding of the state’s habitats and environmental regulations, providing permitting, biological assessments, and compliance monitoring to public and private clients.
Outside of Watershed Sam enjoys spending time appreciating and hiking the outdoors and catching up on TV and movies when at home. He volunteers with the Washington Native Plant Society and likes travelling to new places.
