Rivers and streams, essential to Washington’s character, are also The Watershed Company’s specialty. Since 1982, our fisheries biologists have been documenting stream and habitat conditions, designing bank stabilizations and culvert removals, and creating successful long-term river and stream restoration designs that benefit fish.
The Watershed Company has designed, permitted and overseen construction on more than 50 miles of stream rehabilitation, including more than $10 million worth of salmon enhancement projects funded by the Washington State Salmon Recovery Funding Board.
