Alex is an environmental planner with expertise in habitat restoration, environmental regulations, and project management. He works on a variety of projects involving assessment of critical areas and the preparation of environmental permit applications and supporting documents for compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations. Prior to joining Watershed, Alex worked for the Snohomish Conservation District as a Habitat Restoration Specialist, managing a wide variety of stream and wetland restoration projects and watershed-wide water quality improvement projects.
Outside of Watershed
Alex spends his time outside of Watershed alternating between outdoor hyperactivity – running, hiking, lifting, cycling – and indoor laziness with his wife, tiny cat, and giant dog.
