Description

Biologists and landscape architects from The Watershed Company developed a conceptual plan outlining the potential for a stream and wetland mitigation bank on a 5-acre private property adjacent to Tibbetts Creek. Enhancements included creation of a new stream channel and associated backwaters, expansion of existing Class 2 wetlands, installation of habitat features, and extensive revegetation. The project creates extensive stream, wetland and buffer area mitigation credits for use by developers and governments.
