Long term plan for Evans Creek Preserve.

Description

The Watershed Company assisted with park master plan development for 179 acres along Evans Creek in the City of Sammamish. Work included assessment of critical areas and evaluation of restoration opportunities. King County regulations apply to the site, and it is constrained by various wetland, stream, and other land use issues. The site was evaluated for fish and wildlife habitat, sensitive areas, permitting requirements, floodway mapping, vehicular access and parking, roadway standards, stream crossing requirements, and passive recreational opportunities.
