Issaquah Farms Wetland Mitigation Bank and Enhancement

A conceptual plan outlining the potential for a stream and wetland mitigation bank on a 5-acre private property adjacent to Tibbetts Creek was developed by Watershed Company biologists and landscape architects. Enhancements included creation of a new stream channel and associated backwaters, expansion of existing Class 2 wetlands and extensive revegetation with habitat features. The project creates extensive stream, wetland and buffer area mitigation credits for use by developers and governments.
