Tulalip Tribes Coho Creek Stream and Wetland Restoration

The Tulalip Tribes hired The Watershed Company to assess streams and wetlands on a 700-acre unused military reservation adjacent to its casino development and design a 1.5-mile stream restoration and relocation. The project enhances salmonid and wetland habitat within Coho Creek, a small Type 3 stream, using highly treated stormwater to augment flows. It links with adjacent entertainment facilities and provides interpretive and educational opportunities.
