The City of Kirkland Planning Department can rest assured that their critical areas requirements are being met by new development, thanks to environmental review by The Watershed Company. Since 2004, Watershed has reviewed more than 170 projects for the City including wetland delineations, stream assessments, buffer modification proposals, and long-term mitigation compliance monitoring. Watershed staff review all submitted projects involving wetlands, streams, or their respective buffers.
