Description

The Watershed Company prepared Biological Assessments for a new tour-boat moorage facility and improvements to two public boat launches for the City of Richland Parks and Recreation Department. Boat launch improvements included expanding launching lanes, replacing and relocating the existing docks, and construction of a new dock. An additional BA was originally specified for a riverside trail extension. The Watershed Company recommended a minor modification to the riverside trail alignment that eliminated the "Federal nexus" of the project, thus eliminating the requirement for a BA and the associated expense.
