Description

The Watershed Company prepared a programmatic Critical Areas Land Use Permit and SEPA for the City of Bellevue Utilities, Transportation and Parks Departments. The programmatic permit will substitute for the issuance of individual permits for vegetation management activities located within certain critical areas and critical area buffers that are located within City rights-of-way and City owned open spaces. The streamlined process will prevent costly delays by allowing certain activities to take place with limited notice. A series of thresholds and best management practices was also developed to ensure that activities comply with existing City standards and guidelines.
