Description

The Watershed Company is providing shoreline restoration design to mitigate for park redevelopment and marina expansion at Don Morse Park in the City of Chelan as well as preparing project Federal, State and local permit applications. Work includes a USACE Section 10 permit with a detailed Alternatives Analysis, an HPA, and an Ecology 401 Water Quality Certification. Local permits include SEPA approval, Shoreline Substantial Development and critical areas permits as well as coordination and final approval from the Chelan County PUD. The Watershed Company is also preparing the Dredge Analysis and Sampling plan required by the USACE to dredge along the waterfront for boat access.
