Description

The Watershed Company helped transform a lawn-only landscape into a water-accessible and entertainment dream-come-true for Hunts Point homeowners. A decrepit and failing timber bulkhead was removed and partially replaced with sheet-pile steel driven deep to support a beautiful new hardwood dock. To restore lake access, the remaining part of the bulkhead was replaced with a granite-enclosed sandy cove. The project included an outdoor kitchen and a low sitting wall to define a new entertainment area on a laid stone patio. Bluestone and Montana ledgestone define the upland, while granite defines the bulkhead and steps to the cove.
