


The Watershed Company is working closely with CPH Consultants and Baylis Architects on the design of a 3.78-acre mixed use retail, office, residential development in Renton’s Commercial Arterial zone within the City’s Urban Overlay District. Coordination with the project team was provided to aid site planning in order to meet critical areas, tree preservation, and site landscape requirements. Watershed’s landscape architecture team oversaw completion of preliminary PUD submittal documents including the Tree Inventory Plan and Retention Worksheet, Conceptual Landscape Plan, Supplemental Stream Study Report, and the Buffer Averaging and Enhancement Plan.
