Description

For Redmond Ridge East, The Watershed Company designed the landscape for 6,400 lineal feet of roadway projects, including two road-widening projects on Novelty Hill Road and a new road project, Cedar Park Crescent Drive, off of Redmond Ridge Drive NE. Urban, rural, and modified urban road sections were designed to meet King County road standards. Landscape architects coordinated the landscape design with equestrian and pedestrian trails, roundabout and median features, sidewalks, illumination, utilities, irrigation, and drainage. Native plant salvage, restoration and native soil salvage were utilized throughout the projects to minimize environmental impacts.
