Description

Bellingham Fairhaven Highlands is an 85 acre mixed use residential development currently under design. The Watershed Company landscape architecture team is working closely with Weber Thompson Architects and to develop a comprehensive, site plan for this single family, multifamily, townhome and apartment community. Our work includes street-side inline rain gardens, pocket parks, a large central park, trails, streetscape elements and all landscape treatments for the entire community. A consistent design language will be used throughout that includes planting, signage, hardscape and furniture such as benches and lighting.
