Our Process
This is YOUR project and our goal is to make your dreams a reality within your budget.
Step 1: Site Meeting. We will meet with you at your site and prepare a free quote for design services based on this review of the site and your project goals. Are you getting the most out of your outdoor spaces? Do you want a new patio? Outdoor kitchen? Wildlife sanctuary? Cutting garden? Infinity pool or built-in spa? Just want to upgrade some tired plants? We want to help.
Step 2: Concept Plan. We start with a customized concept plan or sketch, including proposed design elements and planting areas.
Step 3: Review & Revise. Together, we review this initial work for your feedback.
Step 4: Final Products. Our final construction-ready drawings will have specifications for grading, hardscape, built elements and plant selection. Photos of all selected materials, including plants, are provided. You'll be ready to hire a contractor! We can help with contractor selection and construction management so that you get the best product for your investment. We can also provide advice if you're installing the plan yourself.
Our Team
Our landscape architecture team includes two Washington State licensed landscape architects and two landscape designers. We are knowledgeable about low impact development techniques and LEED standards. We have years of experience designing inspired, sustainable landscapes.
Where We Work
We work chiefly in the Puget Sound area, providing residential landscape designs in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Hunts Point, Mercer Island, Sammamish, and other cities. We are located on the eastside, in Kirkland.
