Description

The Watershed Company designed the landscape for this multifamily residential apartment building to meet Seattle Department of Planning and Development’s strict new Green Factor code and the Seattle Department of Transportation’s right-of-way landscape requirements. The design includes 100% drought tolerant planting, permeable pavers, and street trees. A comprehensive Landscape Management plan was also provided to assist the owner with post-construction maintenance. Construction planned in 2009.
